Training
We recognise that once the system has been installed, ongoing training is one of the most important aspects to be considered. Staff changes in the Grocery and Retail Industries are common and since our Software is constantly changing and developing, it is important to keep up with the new features and procedures.
We know it is important to be able to run a system and to be able to produce a Stock Take at the end of a Month but it is equally important to know where to go looking for variances and to be able to produce valuable and useful sales reports that Management can make use of in order to promote the venue to its best advantage.
Worldsmart Retail can provide personal training for groups or single sessions on any of the Worldsmart Retail Programs. This can be carried out on an hourly or daily basis and can be at your site or in the Worldsmart Retail offices located around Australia.
