Metcash Expo – Sunday the 17th of July to Tuesday the 19th of July

Thank you to all of those customers who took the time to visit our stand at the recent Metcash Expo on the Gold Coast. The event was a massive success and it was great to catch up with so many people in a relaxed environment. Showcased on the stand throughout the three day show was our latest versions of both Group Controller and Grocery Manager, IBM’s latest Self Checkout model, the new Toshiba TEC Touch2Cook Kiosk, Motorola’s Personal Self Shopper and the latest product offerings and point of sale support material from E-Pay. SPAR Tradeshow – Friday the 7th and Saturday the 8th of October

Worldsmart Retail will be attending the SPAR Tradeshow at Jupiter’s Casino in October. Billed as the ‘Dawn of a New Era’ we expect the tradeshow to be a huge success this year as Lou Jardin and the team at SPAR take things to a new level. We will be demonstrating the latest version of Grocery Manager and GM Mobile along with the latest version of our POS Investigator CCTV Software.  We look forward to seeing all of our SPAR customers there.

Foodworks National Conference – Monday the 17th to Saturday the 22nd of October

Never to do anything by half, this year’s Foodworks Conference has made its way from Fiji to Bintan Island, Indonesia. Foodworks' management are expecting close to 450 retailers to attend what should be an informative, educational and very enjoyable week in South East Asia. General Manager Michael Beer and Victorian State Manager Sam Stevenson will be attending the conference on behalf of Worldsmart Retail.
