Smart Rewards – New Online Loyalty Launched by Worldsmart Retail
Worldsmart Retail are proud to announce the launch of our new online loyalty program , Smart Rewards. This web based system will allow retailers to better engage with their customers by;
- Allowing customers to view their details online, including points balance and transaction history.
- Allowing customers to update their details online, including Community Benefit charities.
- Allowing customer the option to pay with points at the POS.
- Allowing customer to ‘opt in’ for a monthly points statement and other marketing material.
The system is designed so that multi store owners can offer a seamless loyalty experience across all of their stores, furthermore this can be expanded to include ‘other’ stores as all transactions are stored in a central database managed by Worldsmart Retail.
